At “Precision Diamond Machinery PTY LTD”, we offer expert technical services designed to support CNC and conventional machinery across various industries, including stone, glass, and wood. Our highly trained technicians provide services that are tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring that all tasks are performed competently and effectively. Our comprehensive list of services includes:

Operational Standards and Practices
We are committed to ensuring safety and efficiency. Our approach entails:

Service Time and Diagnosis
Due to the nature of diagnostic and troubleshooting services, “Precision Diamond Machinery PTY LTD” cannot provide a precise estimate of the time required for each project. Our technicians strive to complete jobs as quickly as possible to minimize both time and costs for our clients.
In instances where parts must be ordered to complete repairs, or if incorrect diagnostics lead to unforeseen issues, the technician will work diligently to restore machinery to optimal working condition. However, any additional parts required will be charged to the client.
Rates and Charges
Our rates and charges, which are quoted in Australian dollars, may be subject to Australia’s Goods and Services Tax. “Precision Diamond Machinery PTY LTD” reserves the right to update these rates as necessary without prior notification. The following rates apply:
- Standard Labour: $150 to $200 per hour, depending on complexity, details, and time of day.
- Standard Call-out Fee: $200 within the Sydney metropolitan area; other areas are to be agreed upon in advance.
- Minimum Charge in Sydney metropolitan area: $400.
- After Hours Labour: $250 per hour or part thereof.
Prior to the commencement of any job, a quote will be provided, and a deposit is required from the client to confirm agreement to our terms and conditions. The balance of the payment is due upon receipt of the final invoice.
