We mainly provide technical support and service for building related industries, including glass processing factories, stone countertops factories and stonemasons, woodworking industry for kitchen, wardrobe, internal decoration and shop fitting suppliers, sign making and signage industry, CNC machines like CNC router and Co2 laser engraving and cutting for acrylic, sheet cutting machines like plasma CNC and Waterjet cutting CNC which can be used in wide range of materials,
Glass CNC machines
The main CNC machinery in glass processing industry are, horizontal CNC polishing machines, from INTERMAC, Denver and Bavelloni. Vertical CNC processing centers like Vertmax from INTERMAC and CMS vertical machine. Glass CNC cutting tables like INTERMAC Genius, Bottero BCS series, Bavelloni CNC cutting tables and Hegla RAPIDLINE series.
We have wide area for laminate cutting machines, like INTERMAC Genius LM, Bottero laminate cutting, Hegla LAM cutting and Bavelloni cutting table for laminated glass.
CNC machine repair project for INTERMAC Master 33
This project for example was for an INTERMAC Master 33, horizontal polish CNC, in Prestons, Sydney
Fluctuation in spindle speed caused error and stopped the machine normal operation. As per the operator, it got worst over time in around one month.
First of all, the encoder signal checked with an oscilloscope. The result shown below.
The spindle top opened to check for any abnormality in the optical encoder. Magnetic incremental encoder has been used in the newer versions.
The encoder wiped with soft cloth wet with WD40. The result shown in the below video.
Then the spindle top put back and the machine checked for the result.
As mentioned in the photo and video here, speed is quite stable after repair.
Bottero 352BCS-J Jumbo size glass cutting table repair
This project was about cutting head pressure instability on an Italian Bottero cutting table, in Prestons, Sydney.
First, the cutting head disconnected. The C axes servo motor cables and LVDT sensor to be disconnected from their sockets. Air hose and C axes home sensor to be undone too.
Without removing C axes home sensor, it would break in the C axes shaft disassembly process.
For C axes shaft removal, two M5 bolts for servo gearbox coupling to be undone and removing.
These two M5 bolts have to be removed, otherwise would damage the seals inside the housing, in shaft disconnection phase.
The C axes shaft’s cap had been damaged in the previous repair, few years ago, that’s why not holding the pressure properly.
For undoing the cap from shaft, two M5 bolts been backed, as gripper for the pipe wrench. In assembly and disassembly, these two M5 bolts always to be removed.
After receiving the part from our supplier, the following day, it’s been replaced.

Waterjet CNC machine
Waterjet cutting CNC machines used in glass processing for two reasons. Firstly, for laminated glass internal cutting and secondly for precise cutting before CNC centers like INTERMAC to reduce the mill cutting time.

PLC program modification on waterjet CNC
There was a problem regarding a waterjet CNC machine in Prestons.
Y5 and Y6, the PLC output for intensifier burned out for some reason.
Have tried to connect PLC and modify the program to use other empty outlets.
Special serial connection cables have been used to communicate with PLC.
With the special programming software for Delta PLCs connected and uploaded the program for modification.
After program modification and download, the machine backed to normal operation
Stone CNC machines
CNC bridge saw, CNC polishing machine for under mount and external polish and waterjet cutting CNC, are the main automated equipments in stonemasonry. Nowadays, stone mainly used for kitchen countertops.
We are professional in overseas machinery support, specially Italian brands like INTERMAC, Donatoni, Denver and EMMEDUE. This service includes technical support and documentation for production machinery.
A job in stonemasonry starts with cutting to size with bridge saw, then cut outs like cooktop, etc with waterjet cutting CNC and continues to straight polish machine and/or CNC polishing machines.
