Within the following services “Precision Diamond Machinery PTY LTD” will supply technical expertise which are fit for the purpose and technically competent to carry out the tasks. These services consist of;
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting
• Remedial Support
• Pre-Installations, site surveys
• Installations
• Preventative Maintenance
• Operator Training
we will also
a. advise on the safe and effective operation of any modifications to the equipment;
b. exercise due care, skill and diligence;
c. adopt relevant industry best practice;
d. have the necessary expertise, experience, capacity, tools, equipment and facilities to perform its obligations and responsibilities at a high standard of industry practice;
e. warrant that all workmanship carried out and spare parts and materials supplied will be free from defect and perform satisfactorily where the equipment is current and the parts are new.

As a result of diagnostic and troubleshooting nature, “Precision Diamond Machinery PTY LTD” can not anticipate the time involved. The company technician would try his best to finish the job ASAP to minimise the time and cost.
The company technician with the sufficient knowledge and experience, according to the machinery circumferences may need to order parts for performing the job. In case of incorrect diagnosis and problem being some other things, the company will try its best to get the machinery going in good working condition and parts cost would be on client account.
The following rates and charges are in Australian dollars and may be subject to Australia’s Goods and Services Tax. “Precision Diamond Machinery PTY LTD” reserves the right to update these rates from time to time without notification.
Standard Labour: $100 to $200 per hour or part thereof depend on complexity, detail, time of the day and day of the week which the work being done.
Standard Call-out: $100 for Sydney metropolitan area, for the other areas to be agreed in advance
The minimum charge in Sydney metropolitan area would be $200
After Hours Labour: $150 per hour or part thereof.
Usually a quote would be sent to the client for a deposit to be paid before the job commences. The client will confirm terms and conditions and the quote with processing the deposit payment.
The balance is due upon receipt of invoice.
